Fully managed Manufacturing Operations OS
Stop hunting for the number.
Ask your factory instead.
Navodyx turns the registers, sheets and messages your factory already runs on into one live operating picture — then lets you question it like a person. Order to dispatch, shop floor to accounts, in the language your team speaks.
Invite-only access — we run it for you as a managed service.
The change your team will feel in the first month
Not a longer feature list. A different working day.
Registers, WhatsApp photos and 14 Excel sheets
One entry at the point of work — captured once, used everywhere
Numbers that arrive a week late, after arguments
The same live number in front of every department
Finding out about a delay from the customer
Knowing days earlier, while there is still time to act
Approvals chased over calls and messages
Requests reach the right person with the papers attached
Re-typing the same figures into accounts
Documents flow to Tally with nothing keyed twice
Reports someone has to prepare for you
Ask in your own words and read the answer with its evidence
One path, from the shop floor to your decision
Nothing is entered twice, and nothing reaches you without a trail behind it.
01
Capture where the work happens
Your own registers become simple forms on a tablet or phone — in the language your team speaks, with photos and instructions on screen.
02
The entry follows your process
Each submission moves along the route you already use — checks, approvals and your own rules applied on the way, not after the fact.
03
Every department sees the same truth
Production, stores, quality, maintenance, dispatch and accounts read one shared record instead of six versions of it.
04
Ask, verify, approve
Put your question in plain words or by voice. You get the answer, where it came from, and the action you can approve on the spot.
Why factories end up with four half-solutions
Sheets capture but never add up. Old ERPs hold the record but need a developer for every change. Billing tools bill. A chatbot on top of scattered data guesses. Navodyx is one backbone that does all four jobs.

Deep enough for engineering and make-to-order work
Every area below runs on the same record, so a delay in grinding is visible in the order, the cost and the answer you get when you ask.
Order to dispatch
Enquiry, quotation, order, plan, job cards, dispatch note, e-invoice and the customer's own paperwork formats.
Engineering & make-to-order
Bills of material with revisions, routings, operation-wise progress, job work outside, rework and scrap.
Stores & purchase
Indents, purchase orders, gate entry, GRN, batch and location stock, ageing, valuation and shortage alerts.
Quality
Incoming, in-process and final checks, non-conformance, supplier scorecards, customer complaints and audit records.
Maintenance & assets
Machines, breakdowns, preventive schedules, spares consumption, calibration due dates and downtime reasons.
People & payroll inputs
Attendance, shifts, overtime, contractor labour, skills and department-wise cost of work done.
Costing & accounts link
Job-wise material, labour and overhead, margin per order, GST-ready documents and a two-way Tally bridge.
Decision layer
Defined metrics, targets, exception alerts and the voice or text assistant sitting on top of all of it.
Your first department can go live in days, because we start from your existing sheets and registers instead of asking you to change how you work. See how this works for manufacturing units across India, in your city or for your kind of factory.
THE PART THAT IS HARD TO COPY
Six things you will not find in a normal manufacturing package
Module lists look alike on every website. These six are how a factory actually gets live in weeks — and why the system keeps fitting you as you grow.
Your existing registers become the software
We start from the sheets and books your departments already fill, so the first unit goes live without retraining anyone.
Why it is hard to match: Most systems need your factory to accept their fixed screens before any data can enter.
Your rules, written by you — not coded by us
Checks, approval limits, escalations and calculated values are set up as rules, versioned and switched on when you say so.
Why it is hard to match: Elsewhere each of these is a change request, a quotation and a wait.
Who sees which field, not just which screen
Salary, cost and margin can be hidden or masked per role, and each person can be limited to their own plant or cost centre.
Why it is hard to match: Screen-level access is common; field and row level control designed for a plant is not.
Answers with the records attached
Ask in plain words or by voice and read the answer along with the exact entries it came from and when they were last updated.
Why it is hard to match: A chatbot bolted on to scattered data cannot show you what it counted.
The assistant proposes, people approve
It can draft an indent, a plan change or a dispatch — but nothing is committed until the right person signs it off, and every action is logged.
Why it is hard to match: Governed action with an approval trail is a design decision, not a feature you add later.
Accounts stay on your own machine
The Tally bridge runs inside your premises and pushes outward, so your books are never opened to the internet.
Why it is hard to match: Cloud-only products have to ask you to expose your accounting system.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
A pilot factory already running on it — and the numbers to show it
We would rather show you real work than borrowed logos. Navodyx IP is in pilot with a Hyderabad engineering group's cutting and grinding unit. Every figure below comes from that live deployment.
14
department registers replaced
Every workbook the unit kept — stores, production, grinding, quality, dispatch, maintenance, people — read line by line and rebuilt as forms.
16
live forms on the floor
Filled on a phone or tablet at the point of work, in the language the operator speaks, with photo guidance on each step.
2,677
entries captured and carried through
Each one moved through its approvals and the unit's own rules into the right module record — nothing keyed a second time.
37 / 44
security controls live
A written control register you can read control by control, with the seven still in progress named openly.
What the pilot proved in the first month
- The unit did not change a single register format — the sheets they already filled became the forms.
- Production, stock, quality and dispatch stopped disagreeing, because all four now read the same record.
- Dispatch and purchase documents queued straight to Tally on the company's own machine, with nothing typed twice.
- Gaps in the old paperwork became visible instead of invisible — for example purchase entries missing a rate were flagged rather than silently averaged.
- Owners could ask a plain question and read the answer with the underlying entries attached.
We are in pilot, and we say so. There are no invented customer counts, awards or ratings anywhere on this site — ask us for a walkthrough of the live pilot instead.
Built for people who have to answer for the numbers
You keep your process, your paperwork formats and your language. We keep the record straight, and we can prove it.
Your process, not ours
Forms, steps, approval limits, rules and document formats are set up for your unit — and survive every update.
Answers you can check
Live numbers come from your transactions, never from guesswork. Documents and instructions are quoted, not invented.
Approvals stay with people
Anything that spends money or leaves the company waits for the right person to approve it.
Nothing typed twice into Tally
Dispatch and purchase documents flow to your accounts through a secure agent on your own machine.
In the language of the floor
Operators work in the language they speak; managers read the same record in English.
Full history, always
Who entered it, who approved it, what changed and when — kept for every single transaction.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Security written down as 44 checks — not as a promise
Your production rates, costs, customers and drawings are the most sensitive information in the factory. We run a written control register mapped to the standards your auditors and customers already recognise, and you can read the status of every single control.

One factory can never see another
Every row of data is stamped with your company and checked by the database itself on every single read and write — not by app code that can be bypassed.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic runs over TLS; stored data and backups are encrypted. Secrets and keys are kept out of the application and rotated.
People see only their own work
Roles and permissions are set per department and per document, down to who may approve what amount. Every admin action is recorded.
A tamper-evident history
Who entered it, who approved it, what changed, from which device and when — kept for every transaction and exportable for audit.
Your accounts data never leaves your premises
The Tally connector runs on your own computer and pulls work outward. Nobody from outside reaches into your accounting machine.
The AI is governed, not loose
The assistant answers only from your data with the source shown, cannot act without approval, and your data is never used to train anyone's model.
We map our controls to these frameworks and publish the status of each one. We do not claim a certification we have not completed. Read the full security overview
One operational truth for the entire factory
From customer order to dispatch — captured once, checked on the way, and ready the moment you ask.
